HDPE corrugated pipe is a kind of plastic pipe with HDPE (high density polyethylene) as the main raw material, which is extruded by both internal and external extruders. The inner wall is smooth and the outer wall is trapezoidal corrugated. There is a hollow layer between the inner and outer walls.
Because of HDPE corrugated pipe unique structure, the product has many advantages, such as high ring stiffness, high strength, light weight, sound insulation and shock absorption, high ultraviolet stability, long service life, good flexibility, compression resistance, high impact strength, strong corrosion resistance, cold and heat resistance, etc. At the end of pipe head valley is embedded with sealing rubber ring, which has good waterproof and sealing property. It can be laid in the poor geological environment and construction easily. It is widely used in the laying of communications, telecommunications and cables.

PE double-wall corrugated pipe has strong external pressure resistance; the outer wall is circular corrugated structure, which greatly enhances the ring stiffness of the pipe, thereby enhancing the resistance of the pipe to soil load. HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe has obvious advantages compared with other pipes.
Under the condition of equal load, HDPE double-wall bellows only need thinner wall to meet the requirements. Therefore, compared with the real wall phase tube of the same material specification, about half of the raw materials can be saved, so the cost of HDPE double wall bellows is also lower. This is another outstanding feature of HDPE double-wall bellows.
HDPE double-wall bellows have a long service life: the service life of PE bellows can be more than 50 years without sunlight and ultraviolet rays.
