The Hangzhou Southwest Drainage Project, surveyed and designed by East China Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd, officially started construction. According to reports, the project is the first deep tunnel drainage project implemented in China, and also the deep tunnel drainage system project with the largest drainage scale, the largest diameter and the largest buried depth in China.
